Keitaro, who cannot give up Tokyo University even though his college entrance exam results are hopeless, is kicked out of his home and visits his grandmother’s hot spring inn Hinataso for a brief stay.
A word he said casually, “I’ll come out of this house!” It flows in an unexpected direction. Now Hinataso was a women’s dormitory where men were banned! Instead of his grandmother who went on a trip, Keitaro became the caretaker of the Hinataso. Will he be able to find the promised girl? And can we keep that promise?
Love Hina Christmas Special ~Silent Eve~ (2000)
Christmas special in a popular love comedy series depicting a row between Keitaro Urashima, a repeat student who aims to enter Tokyo University, and girls living there, while serving as the caretaker of the women’s dormitory “Hinataso.” The special series depicts the behind story of the main film, which ended without fulfilling its dream of entering Tokyo University. The Christmas Special offers a slightly mature atmosphere of Narusegawa. Narusegawa is complaining about Keitaro, but after much consideration, she takes courage and gives Keitaro the best Christmas present.
The test is approaching, and there are many rumors that confessing to Eve will make your wish come true. There was a letter saying ‘Suki(Like you)' on the letter of the gift that was placed in Naru’s room. Keitaro was excited that his heart was written on it, but the relationship between the two creaked… A special version that unfolds the story by moving the stage from Hinata Onsen to Tokyo for a few days until Christmas. The original author, Ken Akamatsu, also appears as ‘Akamatsu Sensei’.
Love Hina Spring Special ~Kimi Sakura Chiru Nakare!!(I Wish Your Dream)~ (2001)
The special series is the second episode of TV Special, which depicts the behind-the-scenes story of the main episode, which ended without achieving the dream of entering Tokyo University. Spring Special was originally supposed to be called the ‘Special for acceptance to Tokyo University’, but was renamed the ‘Spring Special’. Based on the comic book’s Pararakelse story, it depicts a love comedy that unfolds on the southern island.
Keitaro, Naru, and Mutsumi take their second exams at the University of Tokyo with confidence that they will pass this year. However, Keitaro falls asleep with delusions during the exam and eventually ends up answering the exam five minutes before the exam ends. Keitaro, who left a memo saying ‘Don’t look for me’, is completely regretful to himself and participates in a part-time job abroad looking for ruins and historic sites that have no promise. The destination is Pararakelse Island, a southern island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Keitaro, who tried to discard the test ticket on the ship, falls into the sea as it is!
The inhabitants of Hinataso who do not know anything start a major investigation because Keitaro is missing. Shinobu, Su, Sarah, and Mei are one of the groups to find Keitaro. In particular, Shinobu, who misses Keitaro, goes to Pararakelse Island to reconfirm her feelings after being confessed by a male student at the same school, but the one she met was Nyamo, a girl who looks very close to herself.

At last, Keitaro Urashima, who passed the University of Tokyo, where he wanted to go. He was so happy, but he broke his leg at the entrance ceremony. And in June, Keitaro decided that he couldn’t attend university, and decided to leave the university and wander the world with Seta to excavate the ruins. Hinataso residents see Keitaro off at the airport on the day of departure. But there was no naru there. Naru’s heart cannot be conveyed to Keitaro, and she is depressed alone outside the airport.
And at the end of August, Keitaro’s step-sister Kanako Urashima appeared as the new manager of the Hinataso. And as Keitaro suddenly returns to Japan, the situation changes rapidly, and Kanako confesses to Keitaro, which further overheats the complex triangle between Naru and Kanako…?!
